Q. Are your poker chips really the
same chips used in casinos?
A. Yes! When we say casino quality
we mean it. The chips we sell are the exact same used at
casinos all over the world. They are also the same chips
used on the World Poker Tour.
Q. In your opinion what is the best
poker chip on the market?
A. I used to deal craps in Las
Vegas, have a personal collection of over 50,000 chips, and have
played Texas Hold'EM for ten years. What it comes down to
is that I know poker chips very well. It is my opinion
Paulson makes the best chip you can buy. For several years nothing came close to Paulson. Now you can buy Chinese Clay chips such as Pharaoh's and Desert Palms that are very close to Paulson and less than half the price.
Q. Which chips are included in your
300, 500, 650, & 1000 chip sets?
A. You can pick however many of
each chip you like. Enter the number of chips and
denominations in the "Special Instructions" box on the
Check Out page.
Q. How much do casino chips weigh?
A. The weight of chips used in casinos is
10 grams or less. Because of all the 11.5 gram chips made
in China many people think 11.5 grams is casino weight.
Beware of any website that that tries to tell you 11.5 grams is the weight of chips used in casinos.
Q. Are
casino chips 100% clay?
A. Since the
1920's all casino chips have been made from a clay ceramics
composite. Many people did not know how to ask for a
casino quality chip so the term "All Clay" was
formed. If a chip was made from all clay it would be
brittle and you would be able to snap it in half. One way
to tell if a chip is high quality is to make sure there is no
metal insert to add weight.
Q. How many
chips do I need?
A. 4-5
Players---300 Chips 6-8 Players---500
Chips 10-12 Players---1000 Chips.
It is ideal for each player to have 100 chips.
Q. Your prices are the lowest on the
internet. How do you do it?
A. We buy in bulk and our office is
located in Las Vegas near several of the chip
manufacturers. We are also a licensed distributor of
Chipco poker chips.
Q. Do you accept returns?
A. You
can return any purchase within 14 days for any reason. No
returns will be accepted after 14 days. We must receive your
return within 14 days after the date you received your items.
For returns there is a 15% restocking fee and we do not accept
used poker chips back.
