If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please contact us for return information within 5 days of receiving it (of course assuming that it is in as-originally-shipped condition), we will refund your original purchase price.

If you have received an item that was damaged in shipment, please DO NOT destroy the box. It’s important to keep it for the FEDEX, UPS OR Post Office insurance claim. Please contact us immediately, with your name, shipping address or description (if a direct purchase), so that we can take care of the damage claim.


We pack and ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  Most packages go out the same day the order was received!! If any of the items that you select are temporarily out of stock, we’ll get back to you right away and let you know the ship date or explore other options with you.


Tracking number will be sent to you automatically 24 to 48 hours after placing your order.

Most small orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number from the USPS after your order ships.
